HISTORY OF Hindi
International Hindi Association (IHA) or Antarashtriya Hindi Samiti (अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिंदी समिति) was established in 1980 by late Dr. Kunwar Chandraprakash Singh ( डॉ. कुँवर चंद्रप्रकाश सिंह) in the United States of America to preserve and promote Bharat’s (India) culture by mobilizing the NRI communities through activities related to HINDI language and literature.
IHA is a tax-exempt non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and registred in the State of Tennessee.
Dr. Ravi Singh (डॉ. रवि सिंह), son of the founder, started the Tennessee Chapter (Hindi-TN), in compliance with IHA bylaws, who is actively providing guidance to the current leadership.
